Your Titan account

1. Open Titan sign-in.
2. Choose Register.
3. Enter your email address, a password of at least eight characters, and the invite code you received.
4. Submit the form and follow any instructions shown.

If Titan shows Complete profile, enter a valid invite code to finish account setup. An invalid, exhausted, or inactive invite needs to be replaced by the person who issued it.

Choose Sign in and enter your email and password. If you already registered with that email, use your existing account rather than registering again.

When a session expires, sign in again and reopen the page you were using. Check the current state of any work before submitting another action.

Access not availableCopy Anchor Link

Signing in and having permission to use the platform are separate checks. If access has not been granted or has expired:

1. Contact your Titan administrator.
2. Provide your account email and, if available, your user ID.
3. After the administrator updates your access, choose Re-check access.

Open Settings > User to view your email, user ID, current session, and access status. When another user shares a strategy with you, give them your full user ID.

A user ID identifies your account. It is different from an API key, setup code, or password.

Sign outCopy Anchor Link

Use Log out in the sidebar. If Titan cannot confirm sign-out, follow the retry or sign-in guidance shown on screen.

Signing out is not a queue control. If you want work to stop, use the relevant queue or run control and check its status.
