Pair the PC Agent
Connect the computer running Titan Device Agent to your Titan account.
Install and open Titan Device Agent on the computer connected to your phones. Keep both the local agent page and the Titan dashboard available during pairing.
Connect for the first time
- Sign in at app.titan.red.
- Open PC Agent from the sidebar.
- Choose Connect to generate a setup code.
- Copy the code and paste it into the local agent's pairing screen.
- Choose Confirm once. Wait while the code is accepted and the agent connects.
- Confirm that the dashboard shows PC Agent connected.
Setup codes are temporary and single-use. Treat them as private account credentials.
Generating a new code replaces the existing pairing credentials. Once you have submitted a code, wait for the result instead of opening Connect again. For a connection problem, use Re-check status first.
Understand the status
| Status | What to do |
|---|---|
| Waiting for the agent to connect | Keep the local app running and allow the current attempt to finish |
| PC Agent connected | Continue to Host Deps and Devices |
| Agent registered — currently offline | Open the existing agent and check its network connection; the pairing remains registered |
| Setup code expired | Generate a fresh code and submit that code once |
| Setup code is no longer shown | If pairing never completed, generate a fresh code and use it once |
| PC Agent status not confirmed | Re-check status; this message alone does not prove the agent disconnected |
| Couldn't refresh PC Agent status | Retry the status read before changing the local setup |
Replace a computer or end a pairing
Only replace the pairing when you intend to change the active host connection. Stop the work using the old host first, then connect the intended computer.
Revoke pairing ends the current agent pairing and invalidates any pending setup code. Review the confirmation before choosing End pairing. You will need to pair again to reconnect.
Cancel pairing invalidates a pending setup code; it does not finish setup.
If the local app reports that pairing could not be saved, keep the message and use connection troubleshooting before repeating setup.
