What you need
Prepare your account, computer, iPhones, and AI connections before setup.
Account and software
- A Titan account with active access and an invite code if you are registering.
- A modern desktop browser for app.titan.red.
- The Titan Device Agent installer supplied with your Titan access.
- An AI provider account or API key for the adapter you plan to use.
- An MCP-capable AI client if you will prepare resources, strategies, or queues through an assistant.
The AI provider's own subscription, credit, and model availability requirements apply to that provider account. Titan shows the models available through the selected connection.
Computer and connections

Keep the host computer awake and Titan Device Agent running while work is active. A sleeping or disconnected host cannot operate its phones. Closing the dashboard does not replace a queue's Pause or Stop command.
Install on the computer physically connected to the phones. You can open the Titan dashboard from another computer, but that does not move the USB connection.
iPhone preparation
Use a phone you own or are authorized to manage. Complete iPhone setup, then check the device's readiness in Titan. Some workflows also require supervision, which can erase the phone during initial setup.
For device and OS compatibility, use the requirements supplied with your current agent release. The appearance of a device in the list does not guarantee that every automation is supported on it.
Your first inputs
Know which strategy you want to run and have the accounts, text, media, or other resources it needs. The required fields come from that strategy. Use Resources and your connected assistant to check them before starting.
