Connect AI adapters

Configure the AI provider accounts and models Titan uses during automation.

An AI adapter is a named provider connection that Titan can use for AI work. Open AI Adapters to create or manage one.

Your personal Titan API key is for external integrations. It is separate from a provider API key or subscription authorization used by an adapter.

Choose a provider

Connection offered by TitanSetup method
OpenRouterProvider API key and an available model
KimiAccount authorization through the displayed verification flow
OpenAI CodexAccount authorization through the displayed verification flow
GLM Coding PlanZ.AI Coding Plan API key with key-and-credit validation
Claude SubscriptionClaude sign-in followed by the authorization-code exchange shown in Titan

Use the provider and model options returned for your connection. Availability and entitlement can change; an example model name from an older guide is not a guarantee that your account can use it.

Create an adapter

  1. Choose Add adapter.
  2. Select the provider and enter a recognizable Name.
  3. Supply the requested key or complete the account connection flow.
  4. Select an available Model and a supported Reasoning effort, where offered.
  5. Set Max parallel calls to the intended limit, from 1 to 64.
  6. Choose Create adapter or the save action shown in the dialog.
  7. Use Test and inspect the reported result before selecting it for your first automation.

A passed test records the result of that check. It does not guarantee that the provider will have capacity or credits for every later run. Tests and validation can consume provider usage; GLM key-and-credit validation performs a billable inference check.

Complete account authorization

For Kimi or OpenAI Codex, copy the displayed code, open the verification page, approve the requested access, and wait for Titan to show the account connection. Use Restart if the code expires.

For Claude Subscription, choose Start Claude sign-in, open the sign-in page, and paste the returned authorization code or callback URL into Titan's authorization field. Choose Connect account and wait for confirmation. Keep that code private.

For GLM Coding Plan, use Validate key and credits, then select from the returned catalog. If the key, credits, or selected model are rejected, resolve that specific issue and validate again.

Reconnect or change a model

Use Edit, Connect, or Reconnect on the intended adapter. Choose a model and effort offered by the current connection. If a saved selection is unavailable, choose a supported replacement before saving.

If the result of creation or saving is unknown, close the dialog and reload the adapter list or saved adapter before trying again. This avoids creating duplicates or overwriting a change you have not yet observed.

For failures during execution, inspect the adapter status and the affected run.
