Inspect runs and results

Follow a run's outcome, executed attempts, actions, and screenshots.

Open My Runs and select the run you want to inspect. Confirm its strategy, setup, and device before using a control.

Read the overall result

A run can be created, running, paused for an administrator, or finished. Finished describes its lifecycle; the outcome and attempt results tell you whether the work succeeded or ended with issues.

If the run was refused before starting, read the explanation even when no attempts are listed. A missing or unavailable result is not a successful result.

Inspect executed attempts

The Steps section lists recorded execution attempts. Repeated steps and retries can appear as separate rows.

  1. Search by step name if needed.
  2. Open Filter attempts to select Running, Success, Failed, Skipped, or Aborted.
  3. Apply the filter and use the page controls to navigate.
  4. Select an attempt to inspect its activity.

The totals for Ran, Passed, Failed, Skipped, Running, and Aborted describe the whole run. They do not shrink to the selected search or filter. A failed earlier attempt can coexist with a later successful retry; use the overall outcome as well as the attempt history.

Follow actions and screenshots

The selected attempt can show actions such as navigating, tapping, typing, reading the screen, or preparing content. Available screenshots include an observation time. You can zoom and pan an image where the viewer offers those controls.

Use Load older activity to inspect earlier events and Return to live to follow new activity again. An observed screenshot records that moment; it is not proof of the phone's current screen.

During a connection interruption, Titan can keep the last observed activity visible. Check the reconnecting or stale notice and observation time.

Start or cancel

Play is available for an eligible created run. Cancel run is available while the run is active. Wait for the reported state after requesting either.

Cancelling does not undo actions already completed in another app. Check the phone and result before starting the same work again.

If a run is paused for an administrator, ask that administrator to inspect it; regular user monitoring does not provide the administrator's Advance control.

For a queue item, also inspect its parent queue, because queue scheduling and the state of one run are separate.
