Share and publish strategies

Grant access to selected users, publish a release, and understand revocation.

Open Strategies and use the actions on the intended row. Titan enables management actions according to your current permissions.

Share with selected users

  1. Confirm the strategy's name and ID.
  2. Choose Share.
  3. Enter the recipient's full Titan user ID and choose Add.
  4. Repeat for any other intended recipients.
  5. Review the list and choose Apply.

Recipients can find their user ID under Settings > User. The dialog accepts up to 100 recipients in one batch and checks each entered ID.

Sharing requires an available release. If Titan shows No available release, prepare the release through your connected assistant before trying again.

Publish a strategy

Choose Publish, review the strategy identified in the confirmation, and confirm if you want it to be publicly discoverable in Titan.

Publishing makes the selected release available through Titan's public strategy discovery. It does not publish your personal accounts, credentials, resource rows, or run setups.

Remove public discovery or a grant

ActionEffect
UnpublishStops public discovery of the strategy; manage explicit recipient grants separately
RevokeWithdraws the selected recipients' grants; new and queued work relying on those grants can no longer start, while already admitted runs finish
DeleteArchives the strategy while retaining existing history

For Revoke, load the current grants, select the intended recipients, and confirm the action. Check the strategy and recipient IDs carefully.

An update is unconfirmed

Use Refresh or Check access to establish the current result before trying again. A filtered list no longer showing a strategy is not proof that it was archived.

If a recipient still sees a public strategy after you revoke an individual grant, review its publication state as well.

For using received access, see Find and review strategies and Your first automation.
