Contact support

Where to write, what to send, and what never to send.

Try your assistant first: ask it "what is wrong?". If it cannot fix it, write to support.

1. Where to write

2. Collect the details

  1. The exact message you see. Copy it, or take a screenshot.

  2. When it happened: date, time, your time zone.

  3. Which run, queue or iPhone. Open it and copy its ID. For an iPhone, press Copy device UDID.

Copy device UDID button on the device page

  4. Your versions: Settings → System → App version and Service version.

System tab with App version and Service version

  5. A Support reference: line on the screen? Copy it too.

Shortcut: ask your assistant "write a support report for this problem". It can collect the IDs and errors for you. Read the report before you send it.

3. Send it

Copy this, fill it in, and send it:

What I did: started a queue on one iPhone.
What I expected: the run starts.
What I see: the queue says "Waiting for a ready device".
When: 26 Oct, 14:30, Kyiv time.
Run / queue / iPhone ID: paste here.
PC Agent: Connected. Computer: Windows 11.
Versions: App version ..., Service version ...
What I already tried: re-checked the iPhone, same result.

Never send

  • Your Titan password.
  • Your MCP key.
  • A PC Agent setup code.
  • Passwords or codes of your phone AI, accounts, email or Wi-Fi.

Cover these on screenshots before you send them. Support never asks for them.
