Fix PC Agent and iPhone connection
PC Agent offline, iPhone missing, iPhone not plugged in, the website reconnecting: find what you see and fix it.
Find what you see below. Fix from the computer down to the phone: website, then PC Agent, then the iPhone.

| You see | Do |
|---|---|
| Connection degraded or Reconnecting… on the website | Wait a minute. Check the computer's internet |
| PC Agent says Disconnected | Wake up PC Agent |

The website says Connection degraded
The website lost its live link to Titan. It keeps showing the last known information until it is back.
-
Check that this computer has internet.
-
Wait a minute. The banner goes away by itself.
-
Still there? Reload the page.
-
The website asks you to sign in? Sign in again.

Fixed when: the banner is gone.
This is only the website. Do not pair PC Agent again because of it.
PC Agent says Disconnected
-
Go to the computer the iPhones are plugged into.
-
Wake it up. Check it has internet.
-
Open PC Agent: on Windows, the Titan icon near the clock → Open; on a Mac, the Titan icon in the menu bar → Open.
-
PC Agent's page says Connected or Offline — retrying. Wait a minute.
-
In Titan: PC Agent → Re-check status.

Fixed when: Titan's PC Agent page says Connected.
Do not get a new setup code for this. The old pairing still works; the computer was just asleep or offline.
To stop this from happening: keep the computer on and set it to never sleep. If it sleeps, the phones stop.
PC Agent says Re-pair needed
PC Agent's own page says Re-pair needed. Its link to your account is gone, for example because you paired another computer.
-
Pair it again: Pair PC Agent, from step 1.

Fixed when: Titan's PC Agent page says Connected.
Only one computer can be linked to your account. Pairing a second computer unlinks the first.
The iPhone is not in Devices
-
Unlock the iPhone. Plug it into the PC Agent computer with a data cable.
-
In Titan: Devices → Connect a phone.

-
Your iPhone appears in the list. Press Connect next to it.

-
Titan says Unlock this phone and tap Trust? On the iPhone, tap Trust and enter the passcode. Then press Retry.
-
Wait for Connected · now in Devices, then press Go to Devices.
Fixed when: the iPhone is in the Devices list.
Not in the Connect a phone list?
| You see | Do |
|---|---|
| PC Agent is not connected | Fix PC Agent first: PC Agent says Disconnected |
| No new phones found | Unplug the iPhone and plug it in again. Unlock it |
| Still nothing | Try another cable, then another USB port. A charge-only cable does not work |
| Windows: still nothing | Host Deps → Apple Mobile Device Service must be ready. See Check the iPhone is ready |
The iPhone shows detached
The iPhone is in Devices, but its row says Lifecycle detached: PC Agent cannot see it on the cable.
-
Check the cable at both ends. Plug it in again.
-
Unlock the iPhone.
-
Using a USB hub? Check the hub has power.
-
Wait a minute and look at Devices again.

Fixed when: the row shows Lifecycle attached and Runtime Readiness Ready.
A PC Agent disconnected banner above the list means the problem is PC Agent, not the phone: PC Agent says Disconnected.
The iPhone is there but not ready
The iPhone is in Devices, but it is not Ready.
- Devices → your iPhone.
- Follow Check the iPhone is ready: fix the first red item first.
| You see | Do |
|---|---|
| WDA build assignment: Not assigned | Ask the admin for WDA: Get WDA for an iPhone |
| Developer Mode not ready | Turn it on again: Connect an iPhone |
| Supervised not ready, or a supervision step stopped | Go back to the supervision wizard |
| Awaiting trust | Unlock the iPhone and tap Trust |
| A check stays red after a fix | Press Re-check on that check and wait |

The PC Agent page does not open
-
Windows: find the Titan icon near the clock → Open. No icon? Start menu → type Titan PC Agent → open it.
-
Mac: click the Titan icon in the menu bar → Open. No icon? Applications → Titan PC Agent.
Do not open it from an old bookmark. Use the icon.
Still stuck
Ask your assistant: "my iPhone is not working in Titan, check what is wrong". It can read your devices and their checks.
