Account and app settings
Find your account details, review sessions, and manage language and media preferences.
Open Settings from the sidebar.
User
The User section shows your email, full user ID, current session ID, sign-in information, and access status or expiry.
Use your full user ID when someone shares a strategy with you. If access has expired or has not been granted, follow Your Titan account.
Sessions
Use Sessions to review the sessions reported for your account. If the list cannot refresh, read its stale-data notice and retry. A displayed session list is an observation of account activity, not a queue or device control.
API keys
Create and revoke personal integration keys under API keys. A new secret is shown once. Follow the API key manual before connecting scripts or an external assistant.
Language
Open Language and select an available language. Wait for the setting to be accepted before leaving. If no preference is set, the interface uses its English default.
Encoder
The Encoder section contains media-processing preferences. Choose Auto when you want Titan to select from the capabilities available on the host, or choose a specific offered encoder when your workflow requires it.
The options can include CPU encoding and hardware-specific encoders. Selecting a hardware encoder does not add that hardware to the agent computer. If encoding fails, record the selected option and the host information for support.
Where a media-processing tier is shown, select the tier required by your workflow. These settings concern prepared media; they do not change the iPhone's accessibility font size.
System
Open System to view the App version and Service version. Include both in a support report when available. If the service version is unavailable, check the connection and retry.
Controls marked unavailable or Save disabled cannot persist that setting. Follow their on-screen explanation rather than assuming the selected value was saved.
