Resolve Host Deps checks

Check and repair the computer services Titan uses to operate iPhones.

Open Host Deps to see checks reported by your connected PC Agent. These checks belong to the computer running the agent, even when you view the dashboard on another machine.

Read the result

Result or situationWhat to do
Ready or healthyContinue to the individual device's readiness checks
Checking, installing, or runningLet the current operation finish
Missing, failed, or needs attentionRead that row's explanation and available action
Blocked by another dependencyResolve the dependency named in the message first
Offline, stale, or unavailableRestore the agent connection and refresh before relying on the old result
Manual step requiredComplete the displayed instruction on the host computer

Apply a repair

  1. Select the affected dependency.
  2. Read its explanation.
  3. Use the available Install, Start, Restart, Repair, Reinstall, or Re-verify action.
  4. Complete any local operating-system approval prompt.
  5. Wait for the operation and its verification to finish.

Only use actions offered for that host and check. If a request takes longer than expected, use the displayed status/recheck option before submitting another repair.

Windows: Apple Mobile Device Service

Apple's device support service, often shown as AMDS, is needed for Windows USB communication with iPhones. Follow the AMDS row's instructions when it is missing or stopped.

For the packaged Titan agent, device-runtime and media dependencies are supplied in the installer. A failed bundled-runtime check should be handled through the offered repair or a current installer, rather than by adding unrelated copies of the tools.

macOS: background services

If macOS has disabled a required background service, follow the displayed link or guidance to the Mac's login/background-item settings. Re-enable the requested service, then recheck. Use Repair when that action is offered.

Still failing

Record the dependency name, message, host OS, and agent version. Include whether the action failed immediately, needed local approval, or finished but still failed verification. See Contact support.
