Find and inspect your devices
Use the device list and detail page to understand your connected iPhones.
Open Devices after connecting your phones to the computer running Titan Device Agent.
Find a phone
- Confirm that PC Agent is connected.
- Connect and unlock the iPhone, then accept any trust prompt.
- Open Devices and wait for the list to update.
- Select the phone to open its detail page.
Check the device identifier when several phones have similar names. The detail page exposes the UDID, which identifies the physical device, and a copy action.
A stored row can remain visible when a phone is disconnected. Check its current connectivity, readiness, and Last seen information before assigning work.
Use the detail page
| Section | What it helps you answer |
|---|---|
| Overview | Which phone is this, what iOS version does it report, and when was it last seen? |
| Runtime Readiness | Can Titan currently use the phone's required automation capabilities? |
| Provisioning Readiness | Have trust, supervision, profiles, and phone settings been prepared? |
When a connection is interrupted, Titan may keep the last known device information visible. Read any Reconnecting or stale-data notice before treating it as current.
Before moving or disconnecting a phone
Check whether the device is assigned to a run or queue. Use the relevant queue controls before unplugging it or moving it to another host. Disconnecting USB does not provide the same outcome as a completed Stop or Cancel action.
If a phone never appears, follow Connection troubleshooting. If it appears but cannot run work, use Readiness checks.
